All applications are done online along with background checks, credit reports, payments, deposits, etc.
1. Application completed on www.carnivalrents.com
2. Prop. Manager approves the application.
3. You receive a request for background check and credit check. This is paid to a 3rd party, this is NON-REFUNDABLE.
4. Once approved, a lease will be sent.
5. The property is not locked down until BOTH a) the lease is signed and b) the security deposit is received.
6. Move in and the TENANT must complete the move-in inspection electronically. It is the tenant's responsibility to document and issues, maintenance, or cleaning issues upon move-in. Complete and full documentation through the app that was sent by you will be required and used for comparison upon move-out.
